# Tilth

> The independent UK fertiliser price index and neutral trade exchange.

Tilth publishes an independent, AI-forecasted price index showing the going UK market price for nine fertiliser grades (ammonium nitrate, imported AN, granular urea, UAN, DAP, muriate of potash, triple superphosphate, polysulphate and nitrate sulphur), free for everyone. The exchange itself trades the full range of UK arable fertiliser, including NPK blends and ammonium sulphate. Farmers can compare any quote against the index, add what they paid to make it sharper, and buy from any verified supplier on price. Tilth is independent, owned by no fertiliser supplier. Farmers pay no fee; suppliers pay a commission only on a completed trade.
